Pot luck anyone?

GJA, PJ & I are going to a lunch-time potluck the 1st weekend in June & I haven't a clue what to make.

I'm pathetic at making anything, so it needs to be easy - & something that doesn't require to be re-heated at the hosts's place.

Any ideas?

    Does it have to be a main dish? I make Spinach Dip using the recipe on the back of the Knorr Vegetable Soup mix box. People rave about it every time yet it is very simple to make. The hardest part is squeezing the water out of the newly thawed chopped spinach. :)
