I had a goal to be come a chartered accountant and once working as one, the firms and companies that I worked for ruined goals. They used goals as a means to keep from giving any salary increase because they would make sure the goals were so unattainable that no one would ever get salary increases - hence, lots of turnover and they couldn't figure out why.
Anyway, I guess I do have a goal - its to have PJ grow up to be a healthy, well adjusted, well educated, well loved man.
