I'm still in shock that I drive a mini-van...& its been just a year since it arrived & filled up our garage. Here it is...just arrived on our driveway 1 year ago...all nice and clean & still without PJ's carseat.
I love that I can see above vehicles...but it sure took awhile to get used to not being able to see the sides very well. If you see me make a lane-change in front of you...beware - I might not be able to see you!
It is quite high to heave my short body into...but its nice to be able to get inside to wrestle PJ into the seat in the winter...mighty chilly standing outside to do it when its -30.
Here's my cute little purple Honda Civic just before it went bye-bye...boo hoo. It was so easy to zipp around in this car. It was, however, so small that sometimes trucks would back into me because they couldn't see me OR lane-change into me because, again, they couldn't see me. That was getting a bit scary...but parking was so much easier with this car...boo hoo.
I rented a mini van once for a family trip to Las Vegas. It was sooooo comfy. Plus, when we got back, we folded all the rear seats down and fit an entire couch inside to transport it to my mom's house. Amazing.
ReplyDeleteRock on, MiniVanMama.
Yes, they are amazing for that kind of stuff. We purchased an out-door toy for Patrick & the box was too big to fit in the van's back door!
ReplyDeleteHow can a van be too small for a toddler's plastic house? Crazy!
